How do I submit my photo’s?
What type of photo’s work best?
You will be asked to submit 3-5 photos of your choosing for me to pick from to create your custom art.
Submit 3-5 photos t. Please only submit photo’s where your pet or child are in full view (meaning that their limbs are not cut off and they are not touching another object unless you are okay with that object being in the photo )
Do not submit any photo’s that you are not comfortable with me using and wouldn’t be happy with as a final result. You can specify if you prefer the final product to be in color, black/white, or my choosing.
I will choose colors & patterns based on what looks best with your photo and frame selection. If you have certain color ways that you love or colors that you absolutely do not want me to use, you can mention those in the form.
I will return to you two options for you to choose from to be printed. You have the option to get both printed with one being framed and one being an additional photo, simply adding a copy of the unframed additional photo for an extra $25.
What if I want more than one done?
You can have as many done as you choose by simply adding more than one item to your cart.
Can I keep both of the options that you submit?
Yes, absolutely. You simply will choose the “add to cart” feature for the second photo as an additional cost of $25. Please note this additional photo will be sent unframed.
What if I don’t want it framed and would rather frame it myself, is that an option?
At this time, unframed photo’s are only available as an “add on” rather than an option for purchase.

How much say do I have over the creative direction?
You can select your style (A, B, C) - see “Shop” page for details and examples, general color palate and whether or not you want your photo to be color, black and white, or artist’s choice!
I want specific colors, can you do that?
Yes generally speaking. You can specify at checkout what colors you are interested in seeing if you have a preference or put NA if you do not. You will also be able to identify colors you do not want to use.
I like one that I see on your website, can I use that background?
Yes, I can’t guarantee that you will like it equally as much with your image as part of my creative direction is determing which pairings look best, but I am happy to include it as one of your options for you to decide for yourself.
Do I get revisions if I am unhappy with the two choices you supply?
I submit two options so that you have a choice, as well as ask questions up front about style and color palate in order to increase satisfaction. If, however, you are unhappy with the final product you can ask for one revision. At that time if you will be asked to choose one of the options.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free of charge and included in your total cost.
If I am local, can I pick it up?
You are welcome to coordinate a pick up time for your piece. Please note, that this does not change the price of your item when checking out.
How long does it take for the item to arrive?
These are custom creations being drawn, printed, framed, and shipped so please kindly allow 7-10 business days for your item to arrive.
What if my item arrives damaged?
